Dr. Alien (1989)

While juvenile in nature and hindered by a small budget, Dr. Alien is a surprisingly enjoyable sci-fi sex comedy with tons of heart.

While the story and tone are somewhat disjointed, Renfield has a great cast and some hilariously gory set pieces to make up for it.

While it strays further from the original’s subject, VHS Massacre Too is a fascinating documentary about censorship and independent films.

With a fantastic cast, a riveting story, and a good mix of drama and comedy, Air is an excellent true-life movie, even for non-sports fans.

Much like its predecessors, Evil Bong 3: The Wrath of Bong is more of the same, though not without some creativity added in.
