Though very middle of the road and a fairly standard origin story, Ant-Man woks thanks to its stellar cast, fun heist action, and a very engaging story.

Though it’s got some fun spectacle and one of the better MCU villains, Avengers: Age of Ultron doesn’t quite live up to the quality of its predecessor.

Much like the titular character, Guardians of the Galaxy shouldn’t work, but it does thanks to its memorable characters, great soundtrack, and fun action.

With great performances, well-choreographed and tense action sequences, and an intriguing story, Captain America: The Winter Soldier surpasses the original.

Despite decent performances and some interesting visuals, Thor: The Dark World is bogged down by uninteresting characters, a weak story, and dull pacing.
